Buddy Valastro, owner of Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop in Hoboken and star of TV's "Cake Boss," will create a cake for P.G. Chambers School's casino-themed fundraiser tomorrow. The school is in Cedar Knolls and the fundraiser will be held at The Villa in Mountain Lakes. Valastro's cake will have a casino theme and will be sufficiently large to serve all 300 guests at the event.
