HOBOKEN, N.J. – (October 11, 2012) – Grisselle Martinez, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Hoboken, has been recognized as one of the Top 250 Latino real estate agents in the United States by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP)

NAHREP’s comprehensive list of top Latino agents, the first of its kind in the industry, is the result of an independent analysis of local multiple listing service data in key markets with a concentration of Hispanic population, as well as self-nomination. More than 10,000 real estate agents and approximately 100 self-nominated agents were evaluated based on total transactions closed in 2011.

Martinez, who ranked No. 225 on the list, has been invited to attend the upcoming NAHREP conference and will be recognized there.

Martinez, a certified New Homes Specialist, achieved the Coldwell Banker New Homes Division award for new housing developments with the highest number of closed units in 2011. She closed on 20 units at Adele Plaza and The Regency in 2011. Martinez also earned the New Homes Division Multi-Million Dollar Award, as she has every year since 2005. Additionally, she is a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club for both the New Jersey Builders Association and Community Builders Association.

A perennial award winner, Martinez also has earned the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Circle of Excellence Award for ten consecutive years, most recently for her sales performance in 2011. Martinez was also inducted into the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society for 2011, representing the top 8 percent of 85,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.

Constantly expanding her professional knowledge, Martinez is a Certified Negotiation Expert. She has also earned the National Association of Realtor (NAR) Green Designation, gaining an understanding for seeking out and marketing homes with eco-friendly features. She is also certified as a Marketing Specialist and an e-PRO, up-to-date with advanced real estate technology in order to provide exceptional service to her clients. Martinez is bilingual in English and Spanish.
