Be there for the launch of the Next Gen Leadership Society of Jewish Family Service of MetroWest. Next Gen gets young adults engaged in meaningful opportunities to give back to their local communities through social activities, volunteerism and philanthropy.

The launch party begins at 8 p.m. on Friday, February 3 at a private home in Hoboken and will include wine and light hors d’oeuvres.

The party is free, but guests are asked to bring a donation of $10 or more in cash, check or gift certificates to local grocery stores. Collected funds will be used to support needy families in Essex, Morris and Hudson Counties as well as senior nutrition programs in Hoboken, Bayonne and Jersey City. Next Gen Chair Rachel Hammer hopes the event will raise both dollars and awareness about the work of JFS and the Next Gen Leadership Society throughout northern New Jersey.
