Admin Looks For Building Code Inspector; Suspension Likely Looms
Locks were changed on the door of the Construction office.
City officials are looking for Hoboken Construction Code Officer Al Arezzo, after changing the locks on the door of the construction office, according to several sources in City Hall.
Although it's still unclear what exactly is going on, Arezzo will likely be suspended.
Third Ward Councilman Michael Russo brought the issue up during Wednesday night's council meeting, without mentioning Arezzo's name. Russo said the locks on the office were changed—Arezzo will not be able to enter—and expressed concern about how the employee was treated. Russo also said he had heard that Arezzo was escorted from the building.
Arezzo, who was under state investigation in 2007, was not in his office on Wednesday and Thursday.
"Nobody was escorted from the building," Corporation Counsel Mark Tabakin said on Wednesday night. But he didn't discuss the personnel matter publicly.

Follow the money. Mikey was overly concerned and nervous when asking about AA. His financial disclosures will reveal alot of bodies.

And the highest bidder gets approved?......Along with the approval of building permits, this job seems to hold financial benefits that are amazing!!!!
