It looks like the alleged tip jar thief is back. 

Around 2:30 p.m. on Friday, the woman whom Hoboken Police believe has a history of stealing tip jars in Hoboken, walked into the Windmill, police said. 

The owner of the store described her as 5-foot-7 and with red hair, according to the police report. 

After walking in, the woman placed her purse on the counter. As she took her purse off the counter, she put her hand in the tip jar and stole $8, according to reports. 

The woman wasn't arrested, according to the police report.
