Hoboken's Candy Shoppe Closed for Business
The Candy Shoppe on Fourth and Washington Streets is closed.
The Candy Shoppe, a boutique candy store on Fourth and Washington Streets, has closed its doors.
After a little less than two years of kids' birthday parties and offering the Mile Square its specialized candy—from chocolate covered gummy bears to Swedish fish to everything in between—Hobokenites will have to go elsewhere to satisfy their sweet tooth.
(For a serious Valentine's Day chocolate emergency, you can always cross Washington Street to Lepore's Chocolates.)
