Is Corzine Selling His Pad in Hoboken?

What seems to be his apartment is for sale on a local real estate site for close to $3 million.

For $2.9 million you could live like Jon Corzine.

According to a listing on Halliburton Homes Real Estate Services, it looks like the former governor's 2,400 square foot Maxwell Place penthouse is for sale.

While a Halliburton Homes representative would not comment and the listed agent wasn't immediately available, the listing's pictures look the same as photos that were taken inside the penthouse by the Jersey Journal in February 2010.

The art work in the two sets of pictures is the same, the dining room set is identical and you can even make out that little white Statue of Liberty replica in both sets of photos.

The apartment has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and one parking space. Maintenance will cost $1,700 a month, according to the listing.

The penthouse is described in the listing as an "immaculate home," "elegant and sophisticated" and the perfect place to entertain guests.
