A new hot dog chain—the popular Papaya Hot Dogs—will settle in Hoboken soon. 

While Hoboken is known for its many pizzerias and abundance of falafel places, it seems, a new food has arrived to take over Hoboken: the hot dog.

Hoboken's first hot dog serving establishment, Windmill Hot Dogs—which opened earlier this summer—is located around the corner. 

Papaya will occupy the former Hoboken Pizza location on Newark Street between Hudson and Washington Streets. 

Signs have been put up in the windows (even though the Hoboken Pizza sign remains) and renovations are being done at the location.
