Hoboken Housing Authority Commissioner Jake Stuiver is the photo of the day today!
After handing out gift certificates to elementary school students at Thomas G. Connors Elementary School, he stepped on his bike. It may be because he's genetically inclined—Stuiver is half Dutch—or it may be because he wants to help the environment.
Now, the question remains: does the commissioner also step on his bike when it's rainy?

I can confirm that he does. Jake bikes to work and around town even in weather most people would consider ridiculous.
