right on! I owe a business in Hoboken and did sign a contract with 495 to film inside my establishment, and was happy to do so. I know 4 other businesses in the area that also signed up and were all so optimistic. All of us finally thought that we might get a break during this rough economy. This is so unfair to all the businesses in the area, they need all the help they can get, this would of helped tremendously. I think the Mayor should of at least held a town-hall meeting and hear from business owners like myself. I think what's most "disturbing" to some is that our Mayor has the cajones to say "yes" or "no" based on what's best for our City, without selling out for the easy buck.
