This class is for the more experienced dancer. It makes use of the full range of Ballet movement to increase competence and stamina. This class is based on a Russian Ballet Barre and Center. It introduces the history of Ballet and classical arts. These classes are designed to work on control fo the body to develop the correct technique for the future. Introduction to the Vaganova method, high discipline and a strong work out of the muscles is emphasized. Students achieve prevision, technical proficency, core stability and fluent use of the dance movement vocabulary.

Garden Street School of the Performing Arts offers classes for young children, teens and adults. It houses such departments as dance, music, acting and art. Dance classes offered include jazz, modern, ballet yoga, Irish step, Zumba, and Broadway. Music classes are available for piano, stringed instruments and drums. Acting classes offered include musical theater and acting, acting for the stage, comedy and improv and audition and monologue technique.
