 This class is based on a Russian Ballet Barre and Center. It introduces 
 the history of Ballet and classical arts. These classes are designed to 
 work on control fo the body to develop the correct technique for the fut
 ure. Introduction to the Vaganova method\, high discipline and a strong 
 work out of the muscles is emphasized. Students achieve prevision\, tech
 nical proficency\, core stability and fluent use of the dance movement v
