Tuesday in Hoboken: Christmas Tree Lighting, Small Business Recovery Workshop

*Hoboken will hold its annual Christmas Tree lighting and children's caroling event on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. outside of City Hall.

*The New Jersey Economic Development Authority will host a workshop for businesses damaged by Superstorm Sandy on Tuesday at City Hall. Local business owners whose businesses sustained damage during Sandy and are seeking economic assistance can schedule appointments with a business advisor throughout the day.

*The Hoboken Family Alliance, which kicked off its holiday toy drive last week, presents residents with another opportunity to donate to those in need this holiday season. Donations of toys should be new and unwrapped, for ages infant to 17, and will be distributed to needy kids in and around Hoboken. Click here for a list of drop-off spots around the city.
