Tuesday in Hoboken: City Council Forum, Farmers' Market

*The first of four Quality of Life Coalition debates scheduled in advance of the Nov. 5 election will be held Tuesday at the Elks Lodge, located at 1005 Washington St. Council at Large candidates square off at 7 p.m.

*Hoboken Downtown Farmers’ Market is open Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Washington Street between Newark Street and Observer Highway.

*Same-sex couples can apply for marriage licenses at Hoboken City Hall in the Health Department on the third floor.
