Community Update

In the month of July, I posted a review of an ongoing business transaction my daughter and son-in-law had with Mr. Alverius regarding an apartment sublet. I would like to clarify what I had written by making it known that any inferred motives attributed to Mr. Alverius have no bearing or relevance to this situation. Mr. Alverius has told me he has been experiencing health challenges, and any prior mention of these is not intended to cast doubt on his claims. Furthermore, no reviews were meant imply that I, or any business or company Mr. Alverius is associated with had any part of the aforementioned transaction which is solely between my daughter, her husband, and Mr. Alverius personally. 
My daughter and her husband assure me that they are working with Mr. Alverius on an amicable resolution, and I look forward to that.
