Fleet Feet Hoboken Launches Fall No Boundaries 5k Training Program

Five kilometers (or 3.1 miles) is a seemingly insurmountable distance to those who have never participated in running or walking activities, but Fleet Feet Sports’ 2013 No Boundaries program will help participants cross that finish line in less than 10 weeks. Through motivation to keep participants moving, weekly group training runs and educational clinics, program participants will achieve their goals while feeling stronger and healthier than ever before.

Fleet Feet’s next No Boundaries Training Program begins with a Kick-Off Meeting on Tuesday, August 27th at 7pm. This Fall Program will run for 9 weeks and participants will train to complete the HoBOOken 5k on Saturday, October 26th.

“No Boundaries participants will learn about choosing the right running or walking gear, proper nutrition and avoiding injury,” said Shawn Marlovits owner of Fleet Feet Sports Hoboken. “These lessons, alongside basic walk/run training, are all key components to 5K success.”
