Ring in the New Year at Spuntino Wine Bar and Italian Tapas in Clifton Enjoy a special New Year’s Eve Menu

Clifton, NJ – December 18, 2013 – Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas restaurant in Clifton is ringing in the New Year with a special menu featuring delicious Italian dishes and complementary wines.  The holiday special menu is available a la carte or as a 5-course pre-fixe menu with or without wine pairings.

Spuntino is a new concept restaurant that brings the Italian tapas experience to north Jersey offering small plates of Italian cuisine paired with an extensive collection of Italian wines.  To usher in 2014, the menu includes three antipasti to choose from as well as a fresh salad made from local greens and creamy cheese. Offerings include homemade gnocchi, creamy shrimp risotto, succulent pork tenderloin, branzino, juicy porterhouse steak and more.  Rounding out the meal is a sweet choice of unique desserts.

The resident Sommelier has recommended the perfect complementary wine pairings for accompaniment with each of these dishes.  Spuntino offers 42 Italian wines by the glass and more than 100 wines by the bottle, including special reserve offerings.  Spuntino showcases its 1,800 Italian bottles of wine in temperature-controlled glass cabinets.
