Special citation for The American Cancer Society “RELAY FOR LIFE” – Hoboken, presented by Assemblyman Carmelo Garcia

A special citation for The American Cancer Society “RELAY FOR LIFE” – Hoboken, was presented by Assemblyman Carmelo Garcia at Hoboken’s Pier A, on Saturday May 17, 2014, to all the volunteers who contributed their time and effort to make the event a tremendous success. The citation underscores the “RELAY FOR LIFE” members, their fundraising efforts and the assistance they provide survivors and those in treatment for this deadly disease. They are a boon to the community and those they serve.  

Each year, more than 4 million people in over 20 countries raise much-needed funds and awareness to save lives from cancer through the “RELAY FOR LIFE” movement.
