Hunt for 10,000 Candy-Stuffed Eggs at Hoboken Grace

Fourth annual Easter egg hunt is scheduled for April 12.

Hoboken Grace will host its fourth annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 12 from 10 a.m. to noon at Mama Johnson Field at 4th and Jackson.

Hoboken Grace, a nondenominational Christian Church in Hoboken, will provide more than 10,000 candy-stuffed eggs for children ages 1 to 12 at the free event.

The hunt will be divided into four age groups for children and will start sharply at 11 a.m.  There will also be face painting, crafts, bouncy houses, music and games. The Easter Bunny will also be in attendance and available for pictures.

More than 2,000 people participated in last year's event and more are expected this year. The event is open to everyone and participants should arrive at Mama Johnson Field at 10 a.m. to register in time for the hunt.

Visit hobokengrace.com to pre-register or to volunteer at the event.
