Nearly 3,000 Participate in Grace Church's Easter Egg Hunt

Annual event featured 15,000 eggs, four bunnies, bounce houses, games and more at Mama Johnson Field.

Nearly 3,000 participated on Saturday in Hoboken Grace Community Church's annual Easter egg hunt at Mama Johnson Field.

Families from Hoboken and along the waterfront took part in the free festivities, which included a 15,000-egg Easter egg hunt, four bunnies, multiple bounce houses, games, face painting and arts and crafts.

“It was a great day for an awesome event,” said Anthony Reimer, outreach director of Hoboken Grace. "As a church, Hoboken Grace is always looking for ways to serve and love people in and around our communities. Today was a perfect example of that."
