Ben & Jerry's Sidewalk Carnival to Benefit Bike Camp for Children with Disabilities

 

 

Get ready for a fun-filled, ice-cream Thursday when Ben & Jerry's hosts an Ice Cream Sidewalk Carnival with free face painters, music, balloons and Celebrity Scoopers on Thursday, May 31, 5 PM - 9 PM.

Proceeds from ice-cream sales throughout the evening will go toward the 2nd Annual Lose the Training Wheels Bike Camp to teach children with disabilities to ride a two-wheel bicycle. The Hoboken Family Alliance will host the camp, July 8-13 at Hoboken High School.

Local celebrities and polticos including Mayor Dawn Zimmer, comedian Artie Lang, Red Bulls personalities, Fuzzy Lemon Dave Lambert, Johnny Pepperoni,  Freeholder Anthony Romano and surprise guests will be at the store dishing out favorite flavors. Ben & Jerry's along with the City of Hoboken, Litzky Public Relations, Macy's, Coca-Cola, h-Mag, the Hoboken Harriers, and WPLJ are sponsoring the bike camp.
