BUSINESS EXPO EXPLORES OPPORTUNITIES AT NEWPORT CENTRE MALL & OTHER SIMON MALLS THROUGHOUT NY, NJ & DE

Current and future entrepreneurs along with existing area business owners are invited to explore the hottest leasing, marketing and advertising opportunities currently available at Simon Property Group malls throughout the Northeast during a Business Expo that will be held on Wednesday, September 12, from 3-7 p.m. at the Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, NJ.

“This is an outstanding venue for anyone interested in exploring opportunities to open or expand a business located throughout the Northeast, particularly for anyone who may think regional malls are not accessible or affordable,” said Ron Hanson, Simon Property Group’s Northeast Regional Senior Vice President.  “We will have representatives from every mall in the Northeast available to explore and discuss a wide range of leasing options.”

During the Business Expo, attendees will have an opportunity to meet with a full range of major national franchisors and leading franchise consultants, discover short-term leasing retail concepts, obtain valuable information from experts in visual merchandising, store design, small business advisors, lending programs and competitive financial packages as well as view live samples of Simon on-mall media and current advertising and promotional packages being offered.  Simon management personnel from among the 16 malls in New York, New Jersey and Delaware will also be on hand to answer questions and supply additional details.
