Customer Appreciation Week - March 19-23

H&R Block Celebrates Client Appreciation Week March 19–23

H&R Block offices in Hoboken will celebrate Client Appreciation Week March 19–23. Residents are invited to celebrate with free refreshments and giveaways while learning about tax tips, tax law changes and tax planning. Dedicated to ensuring taxpayers get the maximum refund possible, tax professionals will also answer tax questions and provide H&R Block’s free Second LookSM reviews of 2008 – 2011 income tax returns not prepared by H&R Block.

“We strive to provide our community with greater access to expert advice and with the flexibility to file their taxes however, whenever and wherever they want,” said Kelly Carmello, district manager for H&R Block. “We are excited to celebrate our clients and invite all local residents to visit with and get to know their local tax professionals.”

Participating H&R Block tax offices are offering taxpayers free reviews of their 2008 – 2011 income tax returns not prepared by H&R Block through April 30. This review is designed to ensure taxpayers received the maximum refund possible and to help them recover any hard-earned money that might have been left on the table.

Unfortunately, not all tax returns are prepared accurately and some mistakes can lead to overpayment. H&R Block’s free Second LookSM provides a professional review of the original tax return and advice on what to do if variances are found. “No matter the amount, people always like to have a little extra change in their pocket,” explains Carmello.
