Open-Mic Harvest Festival at Church Square Park

On Saturday, September 15th at 2:00 PM the Hoboken Public Library presents an Open-Mic Harvest Festival at Church Square Park just outside of the library in the heart of Hoboken. This month's open-mic features a live performance from jazz band Big Funk with Don Braden and Karl Latham.

Activities for the kids include decorating pumpkin cookies (made with local pumpkins!). Local apple cider will also be provided. The festival will feature information about eating locally and comparing industrial and local food systems. Representatives from the Uptown and Downtown Hoboken Farmers' Markets will be on hand to share information about the markets and local food.
