Unique Men's Lifestyle Shop Coming to Hoboken

A first-of-its-kind men's lifestyle shop that will offer a membership club will open next month on First Street.

Brower Club, a men’s provisions shop offering menswear staples, leather goods, and home furnishings, will open in April at 55 First St.

In collaboration with Soapbox Home founder Robert Feinstein, Fifty Five Group designed Brower Club with the male shopper in mind, offering a visually appealing and simplified in-store experience. The shop will be furnished exclusively with Soapbox Home products.

Brower Club will also feature an entertainment lounge, refreshments, communal table and artisanal coffee to complete the modern shop-like feel. Soapbox Home furnishings, co-created by Anne Feinstein, will be available to purchase and the shop will also carry menswear essentials, including denim, oxfords, T-shirts and outerwear.

Brower Club will also offer a club membership program. Members will receive a customized monthly shipment of handpicked provisions. Items will be selected by a Brower Club Style Pro based on each member's specific shopping preferences.

Founded by Desiree Pesce and Steve Tomasini, Fifty Five Group is a premier retailer operating women’s contemporary and ready-to-wear boutiques for nearly two decades.

"Brower Club is a natural progression for us and as the only shop in Hoboken dedicated solely to men, Brower Club will be clean and approachable while maintaining a heritage feel,” Tomasini said. "Some of the brands we will carry include Jbrand, Scotch & Soda, Todd Synder, Vince, Gitman Brothers and Billy Kirk."
