Environmental Group Calls For Volunteers For Hoboken Sandy Cleanup

Clean Ocean Action is hosting a day of service in Hoboken.

Environmental advocacy group Clean Ocean Action is hosting a day of service on Saturday with projects lined up across New Jersey.

In Hoboken, volunteers will help more than 25 homeowners clean out their waterlogged homes. Here are the details:

  • Volunteers will be at Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 8.
  • If possible, bring a hammer, shovel, crowbar, and other tools.
  • Volunteers are asked to bring and wear boots, gloves and masks.
