We all knew it already, but now it's official: Hoboken is one of the best places to live.
In a new NJ TV television show, Daily News Editor Jason Sheftell takes a tour through the Mile Square, visiting places like , , and .
He also takes a tour through the Hoboken Terminal, admiring the historic building with explanations from NJ Transit Representative Alan Krantz.
"This is really a world class historic structure," marveled Sheftell during his tour through the station.
Walking throught own, Sheftell dropped by Truglios meat market.
"This is like a time capsule!" Sheftell said. The interior of the meatshop is virtually unchanged since 1952.
"Every great neighborhood," Sheftell said, "deserves a Truglios."
On his walking tour through town, Sheftell looked for some amazing brownstones and dropped by Elysian Cafe. Owner Eugene Flinn, who also owns , told Sheftell that Elysian was built in 1895 with the purpose of being a bar. It has functioned as such since then.
