Tunnel will open for all commuters more than a week after Sandy hit, forcing it to close.

The Holland Tunnel will reopen to traffic Wednesday in time for the morning rush hour commute.

The tunnel, which closed more than a week ago after sustaining flood damage from Superstorm Sandy, will reopen at 5 a.m., New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday night.
