Jersey City To Welcome Snooki and JWoww After Hoboken's Refusal

In a television interview on Thursday morning, Jersey City Mayor Jerramaiah Healy welcomed the "young ladies."

, Jersey City Mayor Jerramaiah Healy is welcoming Snooki and JWoww to his city for a Jersey Shore spin off.

In an interview with Good Day New York , Fox5's morning show, on Thursday, Healy said he is welcoming the two "young ladies" to town. 

Nicole "Snooki" Poluzzi and Jenni "JWoww" Farley will be moving into an apartment in Jersey City, "a stone's throw from City Hall," Healy said.

According to the Jersey Journal, and Healy on Thursday morning, the necessary permits for the show have been obtained. 

While Hoboken was the first choice, Zimmer said that Snooki and JWoww's presence would be too disruptive and interfere with public safety.

So, this summer, for a glimpse of the ladies and their shenannigans, go next door. And afterward, you can peacefully return to Hoboken.
