Two Weeks Later, Hoboken Celebrates Halloween

Hoboken's kids went trick or treating on Monday, after Halloween was postponed because of Sandy.

The annual Ragamuffin Parade was held on Monday, two weeks after Sandy ruined Halloween.

While the scary decorations were gone on Monday afternoon, Washington Street crawled with hundreds of children and their parents just like any other Halloween.

At the Little League field, Polka Dot hosted the city's annual costume contest.
