A few days ago I met a man, who shared with me his story of getting well on his own, what seemed an impossibility.  He walked out of the hospital, where doctors wanted to perform a surgery on his pelvic bone, which was badly injured in a car accident.  He walked out of the hospital, because the doctors refused to give him a second opinion.  Later, this man learned from another doctor that he made a right decision: if he did undergo the proposed surgery, he would not have walked for the rest of his life!

This man is not the only one who took care of his problem himself.

A few years ago I walked out of the physical therapy center and stopped going to chiropractors to treat my dislocated shoulder.  I took care of it myself, and now my arm is as good as new.  On another occasion, after my father's death, I had something close to an ulcer in my stomach.  I was in a lot of pain, but I knew too well that medications would not solve my problem.  So I juiced through the night, used other holistic therapies, and got well in a few days.

I watched a nutritionist I have all the respect for, winning a battle with lung cancer by using many holistic therapies.  Most importantly, she had a strong belief that she was much bigger than cancer and would win.

Unfortunately, many people nowadays get resolved having allergy, sinus, high blood pressure, sluggish thyroid, diabetes, too much weight, arthritis, asthma, insomnia, digestive problems and so on.  The condition stays with them for life.  They take medications to get a temporary relief, but never fix the problem.  They are either afraid to do anything, because their doctor explained the consequences of not taking medications, or are comfortable with a quick fix.

Yet, there are many others, who view any of the above labels as a temporary dysfunction of their immune system, and fix it.

If you go on-line and browse some of the blogs, for example, on Asthma, you will find 2 types of people: the sufferers or complainers, and people who got well and are happy to share their experience.

Please help me make some analysis.  Would you call unhealthy eating  habits an allergy?  If you said "no", do you then cleanse your body and strengthen your immune system to get well, or do you prefer to stay sick and take medications?  And what is in your future then - more medications to counteract the affectionately so-called "side effects" of current medications, and new health problems?  Yesterday your knees hurt, so you took  a medication for pain relief.   A few years down the road you go for a knee replacement surgery.  Or what if you take out your gallbladder, because you got a gall stone?  What happens next?   All sorts of problems, because the gallbladder is not there anymore to perform the functions for you to stay healthy .  What if you're overweight, have high anxiety,  high blood pressure, and start taking meds?  Before you know it, your blood sugar is too high, so you get meds for that.   Then what?  You get diabetes, or worse,  cancer or a heart attach.  Not a pretty picture.

So what's your pick?  Complaining about having high blood pressure, thick blood, swollen legs, big stomach, and yet not moving much, eating unhealthy food, stressing out, and taking medications for every symptom YOU HAVE CREATED?

If your car needs repair, don't you fix it?  So why not fix your problems as well?  Our body has amazing ability to regenerate, unlike cars, which need parts replacement.

It is not easy to change - I  admit it.  However, once you decide to change - it's possible.  Try to find the answer to why you don't want  to get well.   Maybe, being sick is helping you avoid doing something you really don't want to do?  Is it, maybe,  fear?

My mom's suffering had the biggest impact on my life: I saw a living proof of how all the resentment she berried inside for years, caused her to have diabetes and then cancer.  I helplessly  watched my poor mother go through an ordeal of conventional cancer "treatment",  being in worst imaginable pain, and eventually dying of cancer.

Since then, I never stopped learning many holistic therapies, searching for answers to any problem of mine or my family and friends.

I changed my eating habits for better.  What motivated me?   I wanted to be a good mom, not a moody one.  Even though I was tormented by my mom's death, I wanted my son to have a youthful-looking happy mom, so I found solutions to dealing with my emotions.  When I discovered that I had Candida, which was wreaking havoc in my stomach.  it took me years to find an optimum solution for that.  When I got calcium deposits in my hand,  I got rid of them in 2 months by juicing.

No matter what the problem was, I always looked for a wholistic solution.

After 10 years of learning and doing different holistic therapies, I found therapeutic grade essential oils to be the quickest, easiest, and most effective healing method.

Therapeutic grade essential oils are very effective in assisting us in making a transformation and dealing with negative emotions: fear, depression, grief, panic, resentment, and so on.

Additionally, there is a therapeutic grade essential oil for many  dis-eases.   These oils will heal  and make you feel better, while having no "side effects".   Of course, resolving the stressful situation, incorporating good nutrition, fresh air, handling stress, walking and doing moderate exercise  is essential for staying healthy.   So if you don't make positive changes in your life,  you will have to keep on taking the cure.

The quickest way to get better is to cleanse first.  Creating a clean environment inside your body will make the healing process a breeze.  Start with your colon, then liver, kidneys, lymph, endocrine system, digestion, and any other organ being in dis-balance.  It is possible to get better - our cells regenerate, and  therapeutic grade essential oils can assist in this process immensely.

I have information for many health issues on my web site and blog.  If you don't see your issue listed there, please let me know, so I will help you find the solution you are looking for.

Here is my secret solution (not that secret anymore) to making a change:

FIND NEW FOOD THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU AND TASTES DELICIOUS TO YOU; SUBSTITUTE BAD HABITS WITH NEW ONES WHICH ARE GOOD FOR YOU AND THAT YOU LIKE.

AND ANOTHER WEAPON - ALL THE BAD IS NOT SO BAD FOR YOU, UNLESS YOU BELIEVE SO.  (Remember these great words: "There is nothing good or bad - just thinking makes it so")

 So what do you say?!

   Enjoy the holidays!

   With love,

       Eugeniya

P.S.  I am reading a book by Louise L. Hay  "Experience your good now!"

         She writes:

"Please realize that every complaint is an affirmation of something you think you don't want in you life.  Every time you get angry, you're affirming that you want more anger in your life.  Every time you feel like a victim, you're affirming that you want to continue to feel like a victim.  If you feel that life isn't giving you what you want, then it's certain that you will never have the goodies that life gives to others - that is, until you change the way you think and talk.

You'll hear some people saying, "Life sucks" (which is a terrible affirmation).  Can you imagine what experiences that statement will attact to you?  Of course, it isn't life that sucks.  It's your thinking that sucks.  That thought will help you feel terrible.  And when you feel terrible, no good can come into your life.          and more:

" Sometimes people will say their affirmation once a day and complain the rest of the time... The complaining affirmations will always win, because there are more of them, and they're usually said with great feeling.

and lastly:

"The way you choose to think, right now, is just that - a choice."
