Benefit Concert for Haiti

A little over four years ago, on January 12th, Haiti was struck by a devastating Earthquake. Inspired through citizen action to provide assistance and relief in the aftermath, CDi and Bwé Kafé were independently born in Hoboken, NJ�.

Four years ago, January 12th 2010, the devastating Earthquake that struck Haiti caused misery and hardship for hundreds of thousands of people at an epic scale. The Earthquake also gave rise to a group of private citizens who traveled to Port-au-Prince to provide relief and emergency assistance to a population of over 1,000 in the area of Bel-Air. This group, inspired and deeply affected by what they saw, returned home to form the organization CDi. Today, CDi remembers the suffering and commemorates the tragic events and their aftermaths of four years ago. Our hearts and our hopes continue to go out to those in need, in distress and in hardship.

We encourage partnership and collaboration across borders, and focus on fostering community relations through a universal notion of environmental stewardship and interconnectedness through various programs, at the center of which are sustainable agriculture and environmental restoration.
