Free Health and Fitness Seminars with Mona Laru at Hoboken Public Library
Join us Wednesday, February 27 at 6 pm for MOVE: Motivate, Optimize, Visualize and Energize, the first of three free personal wellness seminars taught by Mona Laru, certified in nutrition (TESC of NJ) and group exercise (AAAI). This will be a wonderful opportunity to learn helpful tips for a healthier life. The seminars will focus on personal motivation, improving exercise and eating habits, and making life-enhancing dietary changes.
