Mission 50 Workspaces to Host Free Workshop "Top 10 Things Your Startup Attorney Should Tell You" by Dror Futter, Esq.

Mission 50 Workspaces, Hudson
County's premier coworking space, will be hosting "Top 10 Things Your
Startup Attorney Should Tell You" on Wednesday, September 11, beginning
at 6 p.m. The free workshop is being presented by Dror Futter, Esq., a partner with the SorinRand law firm. Mission 50 is located at 50 Harrison Street in Hoboken, N.J.

During
the program, Futter will address a wide range of key issues from
picking the right entity to understanding venture financing terms.
Futter possesses more than 20 years of legal and business experience in
high-tech and intellectual property. Prior to joining SorinRand,
he served as general counsel to Vidyo, Inc., one of the nation's top 50
venture-backed companies. Futter graduated magna cum laude from
Princeton University and earned his J.D. from Columbia University School
of Law. He is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and New York.
