Jo's Diner "a nice addition"

Jo's Diner opened 3 weeks ago and seems to be doing pretty well right out of the gate. The vibe is hip, the music is great, the menu is comfort and the food is good.

They have the formula figured out, good food reasonably priced and good service. If they keep this up they can't miss.

I ordered an ABLT which is a BLT with avacado, the sandwich was right on. They piled on the bacon and it's served up with a side of pasta salad that was delightful. I also grabbed a side of onion rings that were good but the sriracha mayo that they served with it elevated these "O" rings to some of the best I've had.

My dining companion was my 8 year old who gave the mac and cheese 2 thumbs up.
