Hoboken High's Class of 2014 Graduates Wednesday

Here's what you need to know about the commencement procedures.

The Hoboken High School 2014 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 6PM, regardless of weather. All graduates must arrive at 5pm and meet at the HJSHS Cafeteria.

The decision regarding the venue in which graduation will be held will be made at 4 PM on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 by administration.

The weather forecast for Wednesday does not look promising at this time. Every precaution is being taken to ensure a safe and comfortable graduation setting.

If there is no rain, we will be holding graduation at JFK Stadium. If inclement weather does affect the ceremony, it will be held in the HJSHS auditorium.

Here are some graduation guidelines to assist us if the venue is the auditorium.

Graduation Guidelines:
1. Each graduating senior will be given 4 tickets only to the commencement ceremony. To accommodate all graduates and their families, no additional tickets may be ordered.
2. No baby strollers will be permitted in the auditorium.
3. No balloons will be permitted in the auditorium.
4. All aisles must be clear of people and debris.
5. Please adhere to all directions during the commencement ceremony by the HJSHS staff and the Hoboken Police Department.

For your viewing pleasure, the commencement ceremony will be available on Hoboken cable access Channel 77 and You Tube at the end of June.

It is the the hope of the administration and advisors that the ceremony will be held outside at the stadium.

Thank you for your cooperation and congratulations to the Class of 2014.
