Officer reported injuring his knee, shin and elbow in Clinton Street incident.

A Hoboken man has been accused of assaulting an officer after police were called for a dispute on Clinton Street.

Sedrick Aiken, 30, was charged on June 29 with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, eluding an officer, bail jumping and disorderly conduct.

Aiken allegedly bumped his chest into one of the officers and flailed his arms and body, causing the officer to suffer injuries to his knee, shin and elbow, according to NJ.com.

The officers were called after Aiken had a dispute with the mother of his child that spewed into the street, according to the report.
