Two Injured in Uptown Brawl

Two New Jersey men were hurt in a fight on Saturday, but the alleged assaulters remain at large.

Two men —one from Colts Neck and one from Oceanport —were assaulted at Eleventh and Willow Streets around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, police said.

One of the men was left unconscious, while the other man — both were in their twenties — suffered abbrasians to his face, police said.

Police arrived after the alleged assault. The victims told them that they had been kicked and attacked, police said. One of the men was conscious but had a hazy memory of the events, according to reports.

The victims were unable to give a description of the assaulters, who allegedly ran away, police said.

A Port Authority police officer reported the incident.
