A Hoboken councilwoman has dropped a lawsuit against the city after she received un-redacted copies of legal bills she had requested.

Councilwoman Beth Mason filed a lawsuit earlier this month claiming the city blacked out too much information on invoices from Florio, Perrucci, Steinhardt & Fader, a firm hired in August by Councilman at-large Ravinder Bhalla, according to NJ.com.

The city, which had claimed attorney-client privilege as the reason for the amount of redaction in response to Mason's Open Public Records request, provided on Thursday un-redacted copies of the 39 pages of invoices, NJ.com reported.

But I guess this wasn't considered a story. http://www.politickernj.com/back_room/masons-elec-mess-hoboken No need to explain. We get it.

She gets some bills and will wave them around in a council meeting like it means anything. Then she will move on to another political operation or lawsuit suing Hoboken residents who anonymously dare to speak out against corruption and her political pals. Now about those hundreds of campaign violations and million dollar fines she and her husband Richard Mason are facing... Even a part time website for Hoboken should see the forest through the trees.

Does Mason own the Patch? What gives here? No talk whatsoever about her ELEC violations. Instead we get this fluff. Wow!

@LH - perish the thought. It's just that Beth's ELEC violations just aren't a huge story. Unlike, say, Ravi Bhalla's traffic tickets. http://hoboken.patch.com/groups/police-and-fire/p/council-president-bhalla-issued-four-summonses-for-drb0be2ad5c0
