Municipal and School Board Candidate Debate Dates Announced

The Hoboken Quality of Life Coalition has announced the dates for this year's four candidate forums.

Voters will have a chance to hear from candidates running in Hoboken's municipal and school board elections starting next week.

The Hoboken Quality of Life Coalition announced last week that it would hold three candidate debates and a forum on the ballot question in advance of the Nov. 5 election. Hoboken resident Bob Bowdon will moderate the debates.

At the forums, candidates will respond to audience questions that have been vetted by a three-person panel selected, in most cases, by the QLC.  Each candidate will also be given the chance to make both introductory and closing remarks. Candidate responses will be time-limited.
