U.S. Health Secretary Talks Obamacare at Hoboken Rite Aid

The pharmacy chain will unveil new resources intended to help customers prepare for the Affordable Care Act.

U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius and Rite Aid CEO John Standley will appear together at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the uptown Rite Aid on Willow Avenue for the pharmacy's roll out of new "resources" designed to help customers prepare for the latest provisions of the Affordable Care Act that will soon come into effect.

Following her stop in Hoboken, Sebelius will head to Newark where she'll discuss resident enrollment in the Health Insurance Marketplace, which begins Oct. 1. Once enrolled, health care coverage begins as soon as Jan. 1, 2014.
