TAke a Chinese Martial Arts and Tai Chi class with Master James Ran. Master James Ran has spent his life learning refining the YI - JING - MN system. incorporates Tai Chi , Bua Gua , Xing Yi , Baji , and kung.emphasizes fluid graceful movements , yet are highly effective self - defense , techniques , internal exercises and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self - defense.

Participates in Competitions: YES. ( push hand , forms , etc)

We meet near the pavilion at the rear of the pond that has a picnic tables.
