This class is open to any adults who like to be challenged by great technique on the floor with some excercise from the Feldenkrais Method to improve movement awareness, flexibility and fluidity. At the center, students will work work on mastering off balancing exercises and free falls, contraction and release movements that inform the body. Students will continue with more complex standing up dance phrases in which they will experiment with falling and momentum, rhythm, flow and energy that informs the learning. At the end of class, dance fragments will be taught to help improve the dancer's emotional and physical presence.
