Hoboken Woman Runs Boston Marathon to End Alzheimer’s

Elizabeth Moss completed the 26.2-mile course in 3 hours, 42 seconds.

Elizabeth Moss, of Hoboken, completed the 2014 Boston Marathon as part of the Alzheimer’s Association, MA/NH Chapter’s team, RUN TRI RIDE to End Alzheimer’s. 

Moss joined other team members on Monday as they ran 26.2 miles to raise money for Alzheimer’s research, care and support.  

“We had a large number of volunteers stationed at mile 16 and it was so inspiring to see Elizabeth come through, running on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Association,” said James Wessler, CEO/president of the Alzheimer’s Association, MA/NH Chapter. “We are proud of her incredible accomplishment and so thankful for all of her training put in over the past few months.”

Moss completed the 26.2-mile course in 3 hours, 42 minutes.

The RUN TRI RIDE to End Alzheimer’s team comprised 48 marathoners who ran the 118th Boston Marathon as well as coach and volunteers who supported the practice runs.
