Rotary to Hold Fundraiser for Hoboken Charter School
The Hoboken Rotary is holding a fundraiser to help rebuild the school that suffered damage in a fire on Thursday.
The Hoboken Rotary Club is organizing a fundraiser for next Tuesday, Sept. 18, at the Turtle Club to help rebuild the Hoboken Charter School.
All the proceeds of the event, which will be from 6 to 9 p.m., will go toward the school, "in an effort to assist the school with immediate much needed funds to help the school reopen as soon as possible to educate the future of tomorrow," according to Rory Chadwick, a Rotary member.
The Turtle Club will offer a complimentary drink for each attendee that donates $10 or more at the door. The event will also feature a handful of raffle and tricky tray prizes.
