Students Hold Bake Sale To Help Hoboken Charter School

At 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday have a cupcake to help the Hoboken Charter School.

A bake sale will be held on Wednesday afternoon to benefit the Hoboken Charter School. 

Classes were canceled for this week, while administrators look for a new space for the roughly 200 K through 8th grade students. 

Students and parents from each class will be hosting a bake sale this Wednesday, September 12 at 2:30 pm in front of one of the following schools in Hoboken, announced Joe Fung, who leads the social media efforts surrounding the event.

All proceeds will go to help rebuild the school.

The Facebook Page of the event stated: Please join us on Wednesday at one of these locations: Elysian Charter (both locations), All Saints Day School, HOLA Charter School, Steven's Cooperative on Garden Street, and Hoboken Catholic Academy. As a special treat, Dana Harrison from the Fuzzy Lemons (and also an HCS parent) will be at of the locations with her guitar.
