The family-run Baja Mexican Bar & Grill was the first of its kind Mexican restaurant in Hoboken. Open in 1987, It is one of two New Jersey locations, with the other in Jersey City. Both locations feature an expansive menu filled with Mexican favorites, such as flautas, tacos, fajitas and more. There is a separate lunch menu and award-winning brunch on the weekend.
