Hoboken Parking Authority is a government office for city wide parking issues, which happens to be in a beautiful historic building. Residents can apply for permits at City Hall and purchase an annual permit for $15 provided they have all documents, including a valid apartment lease with Hoboken address, NJ driver's license with the same Hoboken address and NJ car registration with the same Hoboken address. Daily passes for visitors are also available for $5.
