I went in concerned I had a cyst on my ovary. The doctor spoke with me barely 5 minutes- and said you don't have one and mentioned symptons- such as my acne isn't as big as it would be and I would be heavier if I had that. Then she walked out and I had to pay my copay for that visit. I went to my regular gyno that's further away who did a full comprehensive exam. Then her claim was denied because their office had put my quick 3 minute consultation down as a routine exam and patients are only allowed one routine visit a year!! Billing keeps assuring me they will change the claim- but I was promised this July 3rd- next week is Aug and despite several efforts I made to keep following up- nothing is being done. I'm so frustrated and regret ever walking into their office!
