True, the only thing that matters to the Old Guard is making money off the exploited. They are doing everything possible to do exactly that with Vision 20/20.

Wow, let the full campaign of misinformation commence.
Here's the true story on the attempt to ram through an approval with NO RESOLUTION before the City Council at midnight. Now why did the Old Guard council go nuts and try to ram that through with NO REVIEW!?
Who tries to have a 30 year pilot on a new building approved at the deadline with NO REVIEW and no input from Hobokenites?? Who would do such a thing?
Mindak and Miani obviously don't know any of this and signed on to it anyway.Michael Russo called the council members who requested to review a major plan impacting all of Hoboken and do due diligence "racist."
Do you think the head of the grifter family sees a certain color? The full story on MSV with the actual video of the attempted hijacking of the council meeting past midnight and not one but two illegal votes by: Michael Russo, Terry Castellano, Beth Mason and Tim Occhipinti.

As for the "award winning plan," the people behind the expansion of the Hoboken Housing Authority were looking to double its size with no open space, no park space and looked to take the land the City is trying to turn into a 3rd ward park - Pino's tow yard and use it for a parking lot.
Who was going to cash in on this massive expansion of the HHA with more density?
Who gains? There's not a lot of truth here, except certain people have tried to pull the wool over your eyes.

Thank you very much cassandra. However, MSV unlike yourself doesn't endorse what you call "competent corruption."
But you should find your two other pals on this thread who do.

The lawyer for the Hoboken residents is Flavio Komuves. The case is seeing briefs from both lawyers taken by the NJ Supreme Court. Carmelo Garcia's attorney will be submitting their brief by midday to meet the NJ Supreme Court deadline.
MSV broke the story on Friday. The details:

ReplyMichael Russo yelling racist, Occhipinti agreeing and an attempt to literally take over a meeting with no quorum running two votes. Who gave Michael Russo those powers?
Good article here in a tough (ugly) environment but the conclusion is incorrect and should be redirected to the City Clerk's office. The City Clerk James Farina was being yelled at to "call the vote" then later to record and document the vote with no quorum.
He declined. He was heard saying from his chair he could not do so as the Corporation Counsel had indicated it was not legal. Michael Russo then complained and kept asking Farina to record the vote as 4-0 anyway.
Please clarify and update this.
MSV has all the video on this and let's say what motivated the Hoboken Sopranos: M-O-N-E-. They are dismantling the HHA and this developer is getting full control over everything including ownership of a market rate building at the end of a pilot.
- A pilot that the Hoboken Sopranos want to pass immediately before any scrutiny.
THEY ARE ALL GONG TO CASH IN.The unedited video:

Cassandra, if the FBI came in and arrested all your Old Guard friends your response would be the same as always, "throw them ALL out."
We already know you only want to see reformers thrown out or hope an "independent" comes to take any one of them out.
In the end you are for what you called "competent corruption" and so there's no way around it. You like the corruption and probably know quite a bit about who has gotten their pockets filled.
You just wish the good old days could come back. We get it. At least you're consistent.

That's not Mayor Zimmer's plan on the table. The mayor is seeking additional pumps and proposed possible sea walls.
